This week we travelled to a world renowned distillery in Scotland to train the utility team on their stock of Floodstop flood barriers. The site has a potential risk of river flooding and the company via a well-respected intermediary procured a large stock of Floodstop flood barriers as a mitigation measure.
On the day Simon Phelps, Managing Directors of Fluvial Innovations demonstrated the versatility of the barriers and how they can be easily deployed to suit the changing terrain onsite. Once deployed the flood barriers do not need to be ‘baby sat’ they are robust and can be left in place for as long as required.
